The numbers on this page are sourced from community data, not official patch notes. Kingshot updates regularly, and these values can drift out of date. Treat them as a starting point, not gospel — verify anything important against your own in-game screen before making big spending decisions.

Enhancement Level 100

Mythic tier only (level 0–100), linearly interpolated between the documented endpoints. Red tier (101–200) isn't modeled — see the warning above.

Scope: Mythic and Red tier only

Grey/Green/Blue/Purple gear is intentionally left out of this index — by the time gear matters strategically, you should already be working in Mythic (Gold) and pushing toward Red. See Hero Gear Guide for the full upgrade path and materials.

Hero Gear has 12 pieces total: Infantry, Cavalry, and Archer, each with a Helmet, Boots, Chest, and Gloves. Helmet and Boots grant Lethality for that troop type; Chest and Gloves grant Health. Every piece follows the same enhancement curve — this index shows the Mythic-tier range confirmed from community data.

Red tier (level 101–200) isn't in the simulator yet

Mythic gear converts to Red at level 100 (requires Level 100, Mastery Forging 10, 2 spare Mythic pieces of the same slot, and Town Center 30). Red then continues upgrading toward level 200. I couldn't independently verify the exact 101→200 scaling curve from a source I'd trust enough to put in front of the alliance, so the simulator below stops at +100 rather than guessing. If someone finds a verified Red curve, this is easy to extend.

Priority Order

Per the alliance's stated priority and general community consensus: Infantry Health (Chest/Gloves) → Archer Lethality (Helmet/Boots) → Cavalry Lethality (Helmet/Boots) → Infantry Lethality → Archer Health → Cavalry Health. Don't spread evenly — hyper-focus your main march's 3 heroes' gear before touching anyone else's.
